8 of them were delivered.

No.
Soros, De Niro, and CNN were the only ones which reached their destination.

They were confiscated at a sorting facility and had not been post marked yet . That is done last just before it leaves your post office for home delivery.

The FBI has said that all were active IED's but thankfully did not go off. Nothing can be considered inert when it comes to black powder or any type of combustible material. Anything in the right combinations can be dangerous. Perhaps in the coming days we will learn more, but the investigation continues and with a prosecution still to come, understandably we will not know everything until it results in a trial.

It will be very interesting to hear his counsel's defense arguments.

And, this is where we will ultimately hear the truth. In other words...

If his counsel pleads not guilty by reason of mental deficiency, or pleads to a lesser crime, then we will know he is indeed the perpetrator.

On the other hand, If his counsel pleads not guilty, no way, now how, wasn't even there and don't know what you're talking about...never even in a million years and have proof, then we will be right in calling this a conspiracy.

Either way, my bet is he will be convicted.

Thank you, I have not been keeping up with any of the news lately. Appreciate.

A vehement plea means it was a conspiracy? Because the defense says the evidence is fake?

Seems an odd criterion.

With a finger print on one of the envelopes, and an earlier report of DNA as well, then the no how or no way, defense wouldn't seem prudent. Insanity is a tough defense, in some cases a Judge must approve of the Defense intent to plead insanity.

Not a whole lot of room with this one, as allegedly this individual has already made incriminating statements about the bombs not intended nor capable of harming anyone.

Personally I believe this individual to be short in the mental department. I believe he thinks that because the bombs were never intended to harm that there is nothing wrong. And since "intent" according to the FBI is paramount to even be charged with a crime, his lawyer could make the argument.
