Senator Grassley released the document on Friday following the FBI’s released its investigation to the Senate where it found no evidence to support Christine Ford’s claims of sexual abuse 36 years ago. The FBI was not able to find a single witness to confirm Ford’s high school assault charges but found several alleged witnesses who disputed the allegations.

Actions by Chairman Grassley and the Senate Judiciary Committee related to allegations made and disputed regarding Judge Brett Kavanaugh:

A 38-year member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chairman Grassley has worked to secure a thorough, credible and effective committee process as the U.S. Senate meets its constitutional duty of advice and consent in considering the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court. Grassley reopened the hearing after four days and 32 hours of testimony from the nominee during the week of September 4, including a closed session available to all Judiciary Committee members to scrutinize any issues or concerns about the nominee that involve confidentiality. The supplemental hearing took place on September 27, and it provided a fair and professional forum for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford to share allegations she made about the nominee, and for the nominee to respond to questions and address those allegations.

In addition, Chairman Grassley has conducted extensive review and investigation of the allegations made by Dr. Ford and comments and statements made by others both in news media reports and in messages to other senators that have been given to the Judiciary Committee. Democrats planned this from the start. Once Feinstein dropped the letter she refused to provide any details to Republican members. Grassley had to learn the name of the accuser, Dr. Ford, from left wing media outlets, who not surprisingly had the letter Democrats refused to provide to Republicans.

An investigation initiated by Grassley the moment he found out Dr. Fords name from the media. Grassley also started a 2nd investigation into Feinstein and Democrats actions on this topic and the information, while not surprising, is stunning. Democrats have been in fact lying about this entire situation, including their constant claims witnesses were never interviewed. Not only were witnesses interviewed, they found that Democrats refused ti conduct their own interviews of those named by Ford.

People who were named (names didnt leak to the media) refuted Fords / Ramirez accusations. They did this thru their own legal counsel, making their statements official (for court purposes). Fords attorney failed to respond to many official requests from Grassley until the last minute (and in some cases not at all on other requests made) and when they did respond they were demanding delays to the hearing. This was also the reason we are seeing Fords attorney / Democrats marching out new lists of witnesses - to delay the hearing.

The link below is from Grassleys office and details the timeline of their investigation into Democrats. It starts from the moment Ford made contact with Feinstein (although it leaves out her initial contact with Rep. Eshoo D-CA. Fords first contact was with Rep. Eshoo and she told Eshoo everything and asked how to get the info to Feinstein (this info contradicts Fords claim on not knowing how to contact reps). Eshoo took the letter and turned it over to Feinstein. Feinstein then starts getting requests from Democrats for copies of or to review the letter. Feinstein refuses all requests.

Democrats became pissy because of their agenda and saw this as a perfect opportunity to exploit. The only 2 people, according to Ford, who knew what the letter contained was Feinstein and Eshoo (and Ford herself). The other people would be her lawyers but them leaking the letter would end their legal careers for violating Fords wishes to remain confidential.

From the start of this up to October 5th - A damning timeline for Democrats in my opinion.

I really hope Ford and Feinstein get sued into bankruptcy for their lies and trying to destroy a man's life. If this goes unpunished we are simply inviting more of the same in the future.

While that would be nice what they did is actually criminal as well. Its against Federal law to tamper with a victim or witnesses. Not only did they break a few federal laws her attorneys violated standards of conduct for lawyers.

The show should be interesting to watch. The only thing Democrats did was not only guarantee Kavanaugh's confirmation but the delay moved this mess closer to the midterms. Democrats managed to galvanize Republican resolve to what they are doing, which I believe we will see by Republican turnout during the midterms. At the same time Democrats damaged their own chances in the midterms by behaving in the manner they did. The last numbers I saw showed 40% of Democrats were essentially disgusted by the confirmation process and how the Democrats conducted themselves during it.

Once confirmed I predict a ton of legal bricks is going to start coming down on Democrats from the DOJ for this and other "irregularities" they / past members have been involved in with regards to Russia and several other topics that have been left unresolved by the prior administration for reasons we know.

Feinstein deserves to be impeached.

Ford deserves that go fundme account to be seized.

It's illegal to profit off a crime.

HAHA, what a show this is. Grassley can put that much effort in trying to prove DEMS are evil but cant spend the time to properly vet Kavanaugh by not waiting on the hundereds of thousands of documents that white house didnt provide from Kavanaugh's time in the Bush White House and his role in many of the terrible decisions of the first term of Bush.

senate memebers are not impeached they are expelled think it goes back to roman traditions of their senate but they are the branch that isnt impeached

That is the point of these last minute witnesses that keep popping up - to delay the vote by any means necessary to beyond the midterm elections.

The better question is if this was known to Democrats back in July why wait until the very last second to drag it out? The answer your looking for is Ford is not credible, there are no corroborating witnesses or evidence, witnesses refused to provide information, Fords lawyers refused to provide evidence etc etc.

Real question is what the rush from the GOP. Is Gamble v. United States really that important that he must be rushed? Killing Dual Sovereignty and allowing Federal pardons of similar state crimes.

No more important than Mississippi vs Johnson on judicial direction on the Executive branch, specifically potus.

If the charges were so serious, as Democrats keep repeating, why didnt they do anything about it on day 1 instead of waiting until the last second? Why did they withhold evidence? Why did Ford and her lawyers withhold evidence?

Lets see how long it takes for all these accusers, who no longer fill a need for the democrats agenda, drop out of the media and from sight. Good thing they will get a nice payoff for their lies from gofundme pages set up for them.

Gofundme is another area that needs to be investigated. Donors to Fords gofundme need to be identified.

From what I have seen there are 3 investigations.

One into Dr. Ford and others for perjury.
One into Fords lawyers for their actions by the bar ethics committee.
One into Democrats for their actions / coordination to smear Kavanaugh.

Fords key "corroborating witness" told the FBI she was contacted and pressured by Ford allies for her to change her response from I believe Ford but dont know what she is talking about to supporting and corroborating Fords claims. That info, and the text messages proving it, were turned over to the FBI during their supplemental background check that democrats / Ford demanded.

Democrats who are claiming the FBI background investigations show Kavanaugh to be a bad person is a political move with no truth to it. Democrats know FBI background investigations cant be released and are protected by US privacy laws. Democrats make a claim that can't be proven which is their standard maneuver.

How much should we bet the last supplemental investigation into Kavanaugh not only exonerated him but implicated Ford and Democrats in criminal activity.

Because literally the very next line notes that the subpoena process takes a long time. Why waste all that time when Ford's team won't even submit corroborating documents to the Committee? As pointed out, she doesn't need to submit them to the FBI - she made the claims to the Committee directly. That is who is making the request for supporting information.

Ford and her team have done nothing to help her own case. Why should the Republicans play ball with such belligerent children? I'm sure if Ford and her team were more forthcoming, the Republicans would delay accordingly until all matters were resolved. The notes above show the in-depth nature of the research already undertaken in spite of Ford's refusal to assist.

The funny thing is "that much effort" is just Grassley typing up his extensive notes on the process undertaken so far. As suggested in those notes, the only people trying to hinder the process are Ford's team and Avenatti. WHAT A SURPRISE...

The notes show that the Committee's investigation has been pretty exhaustive, when separating some of the clowns from the process...
