He said that he would be identifying his witness today. So, I guess we will find out soon if he was pranked.

Of course he denies it. If this is true, he is in serious trouble. He would have made a terrible accusation against a federal judge without verification of the facts. That is the one thing that makes me doubt the prank. No one could be that stupid, could they?

Yes, that is one of the things that makes it seem possible. He loves publicity. His Twitter is still private. Why would he do this because of a "false" prank claim? I would think he would just tweet his rebuttal and ignore them.

Also, there is the fact that he promised more information when he arranged news interviews on Monday, but then gave them nothing.

Ugh, it already has, and it reflects society.

One of my private students is a 73 year-old woman. She came to her lesson on Monday and sat down and said "I almost plowed into someone on the way here." She said she and everyone else is so tense about "this political business." "What do you mean?" I asked. "Well," she said, "there is yet more evidence that Kavanaugh is a rapist." She then said "I have to get down to the White House again tonight and do more protesting." She has been part of a group that has stood outside of the White House every day/night with signs for the last month or two. She was very proud that their group got into the paper with a picture of them holding up a sign that said "PUTIN'S PUPPET."

I have nothing against that peaceful protesting. Or that she has been brainwashed by the propoganda like a good portion of the country. What I have a problem with is that it's caused people to be so stupid and crazy that they think it's something to be proud of that it's affecting their damn driving. I don't think she is the only one.

I said "I pretty much stopped following most of it. I feel better and yet I haven't missed anything. It's the same accusations and threats by the two parties against each other and nothing gets resolved or solved and the division continues." She then told me that the reason Trump won was because people did what I'm doing on the Kavanaugh deal and stopped following the craziness and therefore voted for Trump.

I think the whole country should turn off the news, I really do.

Today is the day! Let's see what Avenatti has for us....so far no statements and his Twitter is still locked.....

I read it. I find nothing in there other than Kavanaugh and others drank too much and got roudy.

No where does she specifically say that she saw him specifically spike the punch.

When she was assaulted, she just says he was at the party. Not that he specifically did anything.

She says guys stood in line. She does not say that he did.
