The enigmatic flying humanoid over Saint Petersburg Russia

This is an enigmatic sighting videotaped by a witness with his son in Saint Petersburg
Russia on April 2014. He caught on video what it sems to be a humanoid figure flying
over the city always upright at moderated speed and completely silent

I found the shape of the object rather unusual, resembles a silhouette of a monk so
to speak. In the videoframe closeup I'm providing a white kind of face is visible wich
is weird in my opinion. Russia is known by it's orthodox monks wich adds more mystery
to the sighting. I don't have any explanation with hard evidence yet to this footage.

Looks just like a trash bag floating away. Probably a an alien humanoid though.

With the growing number of people being able to buy and use drones is what makes modern day UFO spotting etc. so much harder to investigate. I just don't have time for it anymore, which is a shame because any reasonable sightings can be explained away by skeptics as "Oh just a drone".

If you get 3 or 4 of those shiny "happy birthday" balloons and a chemical light stick you can have fun on a Saturday night. Tie the stick to the bottom of the balloons at dusk and let them into the night air on a clear night when folks are cooking out. Lots of fun!

I am sure that last summer my kids were responsible for at least one report to MUFON.

A cheap way is to get a dry cleaning bag, seal the top with a match, and fill up the bag with a hair dryer. Then tie a birthday candle to the bottom and light. Once again, do this on Saturday evening when folks are cooking out in the back yard. These thing shimmer and glow and float hundreds of feet into the sky.

The symbolism of witches is a little more complex than that, but there have certainly been a number of sightings in Mexico that look very witch-like.

Specifically flying witches on broomsticks.

If you watch some of the Mexico videos you'll see the resemblance.

But, yes -- witchery in general is far more complex.

It looks like a plastic bag, but I'm not following your post, are you saying they speak those words in the video? Or where did you get that from?
