If we can find Peace with North Korea now, than we are on the verge of a whole new paradigm, a New World Order of friendship, partnership, and Good Will.

There have been opportunities in the past. Those opportunities were squandered. I hope for the world's sake its finally lasts, but history repeats itself.

How do these new developments differ from the agreements signed during the Clinton and Bush Administrations?

North Korea just used those opportunities as delaying tactics as they continued developing their nuclear weapons.
