I thought about this when I heard US and SK were preparing for military exercises. Really, why don't just wait 'till the deal is done?

Why on Earth would they not have canceled the Drills when we are so close at some kind of deal/talks with NK?

Hopefully they'll cancel the stupid drills. Peace between North & South Korea is within reach for the first time in 50 years! It would be nothing short of retarded to screw it up over some pointless military drills.
