A hydro-electric plant? Is this a military installation? Or simply a power plant? And so what if a news crew got in? Is the news crew a terrorist group? And what secrets will they find? Is hydro-electric power a mystery? A secret weapon?

Explain to me why you feel this is a problem?

Probably because after 9/11, water and power plants beefed up security in the US. I can only hope that Canada would feel security-minded also?

Surely you can imagine evildoers trying to get their nefarious hands on something that could harm large numbers of people
