The LATEST feature is the Spectate View enhancer.
Like a wildly vibrating progress bar. And it works.

Here is what the feature does...
Start video play at 63.960 seconds in and play for 1/30 second then pause
restart video play at 63.965 seconds playing for another 1/30 second with pause
restart video play at 63.970 seconds for another 1/30...

for 4 or 5 more times. you'll just see things that were harder before.
The repeat repeat repeat lets the viewer see things.
It is the last frame that remains longest and is visible as the view enhancer progresses.
Still testing with my Strange videos ...
It won't be hard to make it into a fast forward feature as well.
instead of skipping by .005 seconds skip by 3.000 seconds and play 1/30 (2 times)
Being able to play the same segment a couple times ensures that you see the specified video clip even when other tasks are hogging the cpu.

I have no idea what this is all about. What is this for?

The feature allows for the repeat display of very short video segments.

And is just one of many.

You will get excited when you see more and that will be soon.

Oh yeah
It is very hard to show off my faster than sight video artifacts without something like this.

It was impossible to get anyone to look a second time when they didn't see anything the first time.

Think about it.

Think about it.

Why? You've failed to explain the purpose of whatever it is you're trying to accomplish here nor what it has to do with Aliens and UFOs.

I'd imagine you are showcasing a video editing tool that will allow greater detail on ufo video using some kind of stacking method.
I'd guess it would probably work, but your presentation is very vague, and seems to almost be a continuation of a discussion in progress.

Start from the beginning and bring us up to speed on what you're doing. It looks like it could be pretty interesting.

I had great trouble getting the video to play from where I wanted it.
If anything else was indexing or running it was a crap shoot where the playback would start.

In the timeline playback I added a "begin" point that was a couple seconds before the "start" play point
That worked somewhat better when playing slow motion. But it was still hard to see.

The ability to Start playback a number of times very close to the original point is just the latest attempt at showing off these extremely fast objects.

Get the original at my site

[SNIP]

Maybe your tools will show these creatures...

www.archive.org...
and this video at archive.org shows a cloaked one.
By repeatedly showing the faint object more clearly. I'm sure it will.

Woah Woah woah.... I clicked on the link thinking it was a website....just out curiosity since your thread really makes no sense. As another member pointed out, it's like you started a thread continuing some conversation already in progress....but your link isn't a website, it's a video file that automatically starts downloading. No thanks.

And seriously, your thread still doesn't make ANY sense!

I'm gathering that this is some kind of "video enhancement" program, however, seeing as how the OP can barely write a coherent post, I have very serious doubts about the efficacy and safety of the program.

What creatures are you trying to capture?

As said by others, there is no context for this thread, you just jumped in with a post that makes little sense.

www.archive.org...
check out the cloaked one
at 62 seconds through 80 or so across the screen from left to right
2/3 the way up.
Another sky creature comes right up to it.

I have others that nobody can see anything in.

There are 8 or 10 weird artifacts in video. Much fainter but wildly erratic
Maybe just maybe they are smarter than us?
