Hungarian city excluded from EU contest for having too many white people

Hungary and Poland are fighting against the EU's mandatory no cap migrant quota. They want to have a saying in how many they would/could afford. Other thing is when you call Hungary a #hole country where no migrant want to go to, its hard to believe they would be so picky when allegedly running away from war... Now if they are mostly economy migrants, then yes you are right Hungary is probaly not the best place for that...so which one is it then?
