True, it's the willfully blind who have the requisite education or access, or ones who deny it knowingly, that I think carry the most guilt. I have little respect anymore for my brethren who work in international affairs, or have graduate degrees in it, and claim not to understand.

They want dependence not independence. Which is what I don't get with letting in so many from Islamic nations because they want a theocracy, not all of them but most of them especially those with limited education.
