I pitch anarcho-libertarianism. As a means to achieving anarchy, only governance is governed, so as to minimize probability of any infringement upon
the rights of man.
The crime is coercion. Restriction of rights by one individual utilizing hir free will to invade another's free will. It is a simple principle that
this form of restriction should be illegal, and the only law necessary the abolition of such restrictions.
Necessity laws are thrown in the trash if coercion is outlawed. Coercion, except to coerce the ceasing of coercion, is illegal if crime, coercion, is
banned. A necessity law coerces some because seemingly necessary to do so to uphold public welfare. It is a Communistic concension.
