An alleged alien vistiation hotspot and active spot for paranormal happenings in up for sale in Nevade. The price, a cool $5 million.

mysteriousuniverse.org...

The Stardust Ranch is no stranger to press coverage about the high strangeness that allegedly occurs frequently on the property. The ranch has been featured on the Travel Channel and pops up from time to time in the weird news blogosphere. The ranch’s owner, John Edmonds, claims that there are two interdimensional portals on the grounds through which alien beings frequently travel. Edmonds reportedly keeps a samurai sword above his fireplace to fend off these interdimensional beings and claims he has slain 18 of them himself. The couple says they frequently find unexplained bruises and syringe marks on their bodies, believing them to be the work of aliens who regularly abduct them for experimentation. Animals have been also allegedly found mutilated on the property.

Lots of alleged in there, but hey, Skinwalker Ranch is not open for business yet, so this could be your best chance for your very own alien/interdimensional portal. Unfortunately there are no guarantees of any such experience happening.

The ranch has been listed on Realtor.com and requires buyers to sign an affidavit acknowledging that while the Edmonds make all sorts of claims about the property’s frequent guests, there is no guarantee of having an alien encounter – or avoiding one, either.

What the hell though, it's only 5 million, and has a good selling point for a potential BnB.

5 mil for an alien hunting reserve? Not bad. Does the sword come with the land?

5 million? I'll check my couch cushions and you do the same.... maybe we can all chip in and ATS can buy it.

Semi-seriously, it would be cool for ATS to own the property and be able to conduct experiments.

Have you seen the guy in real life? He's been on ghost adventures before and he is indeed a BAD ASS!! If you ever pictured a hero that battles grey aliens with a samari sword it is Edmonds

Alien hotspot ? Or a place alien 'hunters' flock to because they think its hot.

The earth is a hot spot, its full of life.

Dudes probably tired of all the trespassers, tired of chasing them off his land, selling out to some other dumbass that believes its full of aleens.

Ghost Adventures did an episode on the place. Edmonds is definitely an interesting character.
