Never heard of this elusive soup, but apparently it so mysterious that when you go to a country that serves it, you have to be VERY careful you don't get ripped off by locals who are looking to make a quick buck off of tourists!

BTW, this guy has a great You Tube channel for those interested in Vietnamese food.
