Why do people chant "Black Lives Matter" in every single protest/rally that has nothing to do with black lives and black rights?

I see it all the time, even in protests that have nothing to do with human rights and way of life.

Yeah the speakers are over the place. The whole thing is pretty disorganized but that's how large spontaneous protests tend to be. I heard some other person aimlessly talking about Cambodia? These people need some leadership, not clowns yammering a bunch of disconnected, incoherent stuff.

My fear is that they will provoke a confrontation with police by refusing to move when ordered to, and then use that as an excuse to fight back against the "evil" police.

Although these people seem insane, I hope they are content to just spew hate and don't use violence.

I would be content with that.
