From a legal standpoint, can law enforcement legally stop hate-groups from holding a rally in a public location?
1st Amendment seems to be going down the tubes. Won't be long until we get the "hate speech" laws coming to the USA. I guess we'll allow liberals to deem what is "hate speech", and who will be arrested for espousing it.

Have they ever stopped BLM?
No? Didn't think so.
And these people don't serve the attention they are receiving.
Why is the light being shown on these groups that have been around for a while, and have been doing stupid rallies for years.
The question is why is this agenda being pushed?
Why are so many idiots getting swept up into it?
I don't think the average person cares at all about his race baiting non sense.
it's a vocal minority and the media driving this.

Which ATS member are you calling a Nazi?
It's about damned time for the GDd Ban-Hammer to start coming down on these types of accusations.

From somewhere I can't even imagine, you will deny that the KKK and neo-nazis are hate groups? I understand the 1st, spent 7 years defending it, but when you claim to be a nazi and a patiot, I honestly have an issue.

Black on black crime is bad, seeing here in my city as well. I don't know what we do about it, it is mostly drug and gang related. Those two things are so foreign to my white ass, I have no idea.

"You do realize they killed a young woman over the weekend. I do not remember the left killing anyone in a while..."
And that is ok?
I recall cops in Texas being killed by a man who believed the BLM ideology.
I recall white people being snatched up and beaten down, for being white.
I don't support idiots from Nazis, KKK, BLM.
And that person shouldn't have had to die, it was tragic and disgusting.
The driver is a murder.
But the reality is, the KKK, the Nazis aren't the ones killing black people by the dozens every weekend in Chicago, Milwaukee, Baltimore, it's other black people doing the killing.
People should shine a light on this ongoing problem.
Why no marches for that? Where's the news? BLM? Antifa?
Simple, it wouldn't fit the narrative being pushed.
Racists of any color are $hit.
But the real issues are being ignored.
The real threat to black people is being side stepped.
And the question is why.
The numbers of blacks murdered by the KKK or Nazis isn't even 1%.
The numbers of blacks killing blacks everyday are staggering.
The reality is, the truth wont fit the narrative, and those pretending to care, obviously don't, hence why the real issue is avoided.

As usual, you are wrong. Of course the neo-National Socialists espouse hate speech. But the 1st Amendment isn't about protecting speech that you like, it's about protecting speech that you don't like. And just because you have an "issue" with something, doesn't mean you should be allowed to trample the rights of those you don't like.

I heard that Senator Robert Byrd was a KKK grand poohbah, but WHY do you say that the RNC and Republicans in general, have been stoking these hate groups?
Why do people say that Democrats in general have been stoking the "leftist" hate groups?
