Gary McLarty, a key prosecution witness, has changed his story in the Robert Blake murder trial. By indicating that Blake never directly asked him to murder his wife, McLarty, a former stunt-man, reverses the comments he made in a preliminary hearing.

A key prosecution witness who was expected to say that Robert Blake solicited the murder of his wife testified Monday that the actor never directly asked him to murder Bonny Lee Bakley.

Gary McLarty, a retired stunt-man, also acknowledged he was a heavy user of coc aine and had experienced paranoid delusions that people were tunneling under his house, that he was being chased by police and was being watched by satellites.

Its is not clear how this impact the case, but this was a key witness for the prosecution. Based on the evidence put forth in the media, the actor is guilty, however, we have not seen all of the evidence and it will ultimately up to the jury to decide Blake's fate.
