imagine a 'bomb' just showing up next to you in your chair and releasing all its kinetic and 'nuclear' energy instantly and unlike bunker busters these particles going at close to relativistic speeds can go DEEP, almost instantly go BOOM and leave no real fingerprints unless you had detectors in the area and were watching them,

IOW, not a bomb, at all.

Thats no way to make sure a target is destroyed. From surveillance photos anyway.. The generals want craters where targets used to be.

I'm aware they didn't mention this type of weapon... only that I assumed they were in the know some how of this sort of thing.

He still posts sometimes. Not to long ago he laid out how it happened and how he was held for some time before being let go. The other fish were fried though.

then why did they make so many neutron bombs? if you can kill everyone in a car, building, block maybe city and take it over and use the infrastructure that was built for you, why destroy it.

Youreyes would glaze over its very technical and boring. Plus youd have to read up on a bunch of physics. And youd have to read and understand a bunch of semingly boring stuff to get to the good parts and the ah ha! Moment.

It was rumored years ago that there had been some kind of breakthrough. Supposedly, before someone higher realized what they had, there was even a keynote address in front of a bunch of science types from labs and universities.

Maybe I'm thinking of another classified projects that was talked about in another forum which one of the participants still posts here. But 100% him and a few others got brought in 1 or 2 went to prison if I remember right. This person still posts every now and then.
