So, just to be sure I have this straight.....

If one is partly black, they are required, by the black community, to label themselves as black, regardless of percentage, but the same person isn't "black enough" to win a pageant, which is racist anyway, being for black contestants only?

Did I miss anything?

When is the Miss White University of Texas Pageant being held?
