Boeing files legal petition against Bombardier

It is fairly hypocritical for Boeing to be doing this. Cseries is a great aircraft and needs a foot in the US carrier market to even be slightly competitive being a clean sheet design. Bombardier has a significant us presence with its service centers nationally and flight test center in Wichita where the majority of a Cseries testing was done.

Boeing attempted to undercut bombardier with a substantial United Airlines deal if we recall and ultimately the order got cancelled and rearranged to newer variants because the 737-700 cannot compete with the efficiency the Cseries offers.
