Hypothetically speaking if you were able to get the jump on Kim and take him out along with some of the top brass NK would probably fall pretty quickly. I don't think dropping a bomb on Kim's head is a smart thing to do, but with nobody barking orders or for the soldiers to be loyal too I'd imagine that most of the soldiers would trade their weapons for a better life.

Hitler and Germany taught us you don't have to be a great leader. All you need is a citizenry willing to blinding follow. Well, the North Koreans people are the problem. If we take out their leadership they will just start worshiping some other leader's photograph. The way you become a leader is find a parade and step in front of it.

Dropping bombs on North Korea will only strengthen the people's desire for strong leadership. We should give the North Koreans free food, TV, and rock-n-roll music to corrupt their thinking. The problem is people don't know how to have a ego. They've been beaten down for so long they have no personal identity other than their belonging to a group.

Thought this might be appropriate to the thread...

Like moths to a flame
Is man never gonna change
Time's seen untold aggression
And infliction of pain
If that's the only thing that's
Stopping war

Then thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb

Nuke ya nuke ya

War is just another game
Tailor made for the insane
But make a threat of their
Annihilation
And nobody wants to play
If that's the only thing that
Keeps the peace

Then thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb

Nuke ya nuke ya

Today was tomorrow
Yesterday
It's funny how the time can slip
Away
The face of the doomsday
Clock
Has launched a thousand wars
As we near the final hour
Time is the only foe we have

When war is obsolete
I'll thank god for the war's
To end
But any talk about hell
Freezing over
Is all said with tongue in cheek
Until the day the war drums
Beat no more

Then thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb
Thank god for the bomb

Nuke ya nuke ya

Masters of War

Come you masters of war
You that build all the guns
You that build the death planes
You that build all the bombs
You that hide behind walls
You that hide behind desks
I just want you to know
I can see through your masks.

You that never done nothin'
But build to destroy
You play with my world
Like it's your little toy
You put a gun in my hand
And you hide from my eyes
And you turn and run farther
When the fast bullets fly.

Like Judas of old
You lie and deceive
A world war can be won
You want me to believe
But I see through your eyes
And I see through your brain
Like I see through the water
That runs down my drain.

You fasten all the triggers
For the others to fire
Then you set back and watch
When the death count gets higher
You hide in your mansion'
As young people's blood
Flows out of their bodies
And is buried in the mud.

You've thrown the worst fear
That can ever be hurled
Fear to bring children
Into the world
For threatening my baby
Unborn and unnamed
You ain't worth the blood
That runs in your veins.

How much do I know
To talk out of turn
You might say that I'm young
You might say I'm unlearned
But there's one thing I know
Though I'm younger than you
That even Jesus would never
Forgive what you do.

Let me ask you one question
Is your money that good
Will it buy you forgiveness
Do you think that it could
I think you will find
When your death takes its toll
All the money you made
Will never buy back your soul.

And I hope that you die
And your death'll come soon
I will follow your casket
In the pale afternoon
And I'll watch while you're lowered
Down to your deathbed
And I'll stand over your grave
'Til I'm sure that you're dead.

Wow nice coincidence I rarely post on Facebook but just last night I posted Warpigs

while expressing my disgust at 16 years of wars and secret wars and seemingly no end in site.

"Generals gathered in their masses, just like witches at black masses. Evil minds that plot destruction, sorcerer of death's construction. "

There are a lot of people in this world that do not like the USA but I think, for the most part, they are smart enough to differentiate between the government and the general population. The USA view of NK is a good example right now. Li'l Kimmy is a nut case. But I don't feel anger for the poor guy living in a bamboo hut banging rocks together for entertainment. The only thing that sets us apart a bit is the idea that we have a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. The world takes us at our word when we say that, which puts the blame on us, not the corrupt politicians at the top. So, in a way we are responsible for how people around the world feel about us. Some say we interfere too much. Some say we don't help enough. We try to help more and get accused of interfering. We stop interfering and get accused of turning a deaf ear on suffering. Its a no win situation for us now.

Hate in general seems to be surging. Everyone has a beef with everyone else. Even the party of peace and tolerance has gone rabid rioting in the streets. Little kids are committing murder now when just a few years ago it would have been a scuffle in the school yard and nothing more. A generation of children growing up with little to no corrective action taken against unacceptable behavior turning in to young adults with no respect for anything, including life. Any life, even their own. Animal abuse is rampant, and is a glaring warning sign of the underlying attitude toward innocent life.

Change will come soon. In one form or another. Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war...

And make no mistake, the "Death and hatred to mankind" clearly prophesied the battle cry of ISIS and all the other RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORISTS since the song was wrtten.

...since I grew up in 60s and 70s. Black Sabbath was (and remains) one of my all time favorite bands. Though it's interesting that we can tie these lyrics to today's world, pretty sure they were directed at the Vietnam war.

What if there never was any RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORISTS until someone invented them.
