Constant, unceasing profit making for weapons manufacturers, procurement companies, middle men, arms dealers, research and development groups in the corporate sector.

If it were made law that war may only ever cost a nation or a company money to be involved in, and never make them a single solitary dollar, there would be no war by next Wednesday.
