Asian characters just appeared, can anyone explain?

For some reason my ATS now shows Asian characters. I don't know how to post a picture here yet, (to show what I'm talking about) and can't figure it out because I can't read these Asian characters. Some things are in English, but too many things are in another language. I haven't changes any settings. Does anyone know by chance how this happened?

1) Clear your browser cache (look it up).
2) Reboot.

From time to time my keyboard messes up and I get strange characters like that, you need to go and switch your keyboard back to US or whatever Country you're in. Why it happens, I do not know.

Phage was right, so next time it happens to you, follow his or hers instructions. I'm not having a problems now.

I re_read my title of this post, I understand what you mean.

That is funny. i get 90% of my junk mail on Gmail in french and have never understood why anyone thinks i can read french.

my last name is a welch name that ends in ####res but the same name ending in ####ries is a french name.

But its Ok because i just delete everything in french without even trying to translate it.
