But getting a Visa isn't a "Civil Right", it's a Privilege. Privileges have conditions and limitations and things can change due to circumstances. Also that article is talking primarily about 'potential future events' rather than automatic realities that are occurring all at once.

You're allowing yourself to get too caught up into the furor over all of this and need to think about it deeply and critically.

And the bathroom debate is ridiculous. As long as everyone can go use a toilet - it doesn't matter what is written on the door and no one's rights are violated. We can agree that everyone has a right to a toilet, in fact no one seems to disagree with this fundamental necessity. The debate is over which public restroom is appropriate for them and if statutory laws should be created to govern this type of stuff (which is also ridiculous).

As long as they are allowed in at least 1 restroom and are not barred from both men/women's, things will be fine and they won't soil themselves. That's all that truly matters: is that they have a toilet to use. Whether it's the man's or woman's or the unisex or whatever is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things and is merely superficial. Although many people are being very inconsiderate to each other (on both sides of this issue) it is in the end, a trifling matter.

No one's "Civil Rights" are being violated here as far as I can tell.
The "Right" to a toilet while in public is not being contested at all, and the "Privilege" to a Visa was never a guarantee and so is up for reevaluation as time goes by (and is customary). Many nations restrict and ease restrictions off and on over travel (mostly over political issues).

A good comparison is "education at a University", it's not a "Civil Right" it's a Privilege. Rights and Privileges are different. "Rights" are something that you are entitled to no matter what, while "Privileges" are something that you must meet certain criteria/conditions to afford. Like "owning and watching a tv" or "having a telephone" or "owning and driving a car", these are "Privileges" (and in those cases just having a lot of $$$ will make it extremely easy to exercise them as long as you aren't incarcerated).

If Trump is calling this a 2020 campaign stop, does that mean it is officially campaign season?
If so, than Mitch McConnell should probably hold off on the SCOTUS confirmation of Gorsuch.

It's not a campaign rally. 2020 election starts in 2019. This is a public rally where Trump gets face to face with the American people so he does not forget about them.

Nope. Campaign rally. He filed for reelection the day he was sworn in as president. This means he can solicit money for a "war chest" and use it for whatever he likes.
