Everyone involved benefits , they had the opportunity and were constantly in contact. Also what's the chance Flynn decides he could make that call without trumps OK?? . Zero.. I think it's obvious Flynn was under orders.

The reason I think it is comming out is because of trumps comments about the US intelligence agencies.. he has pissed them off and they have been fighting russia for decades...

I don't think so. Let's assume indeed Trump conspired with Putin in the election. That's not illegal in itself. The Logan Act states a private citizen cannot negotiate with a state that is in dispute with the US. Russia and the US are not at war. They are allies against jihadists. That would not be a violation of the Logan Act.
