Someone should go there and draw a cartoon of their prophet, then we'll see who really needs the security.

Are you referencing this? dailycaller.com...

Two men who opened fire Sunday outside of an event in Garland, Texas attended by Geert Wilders, a Dutch lawmaker and outspoken critic of radical Islam, have been killed by police.

Never even heard of it, but that is the predictable response.

When does a sheriff get to pick and choose what crimes to arrest and hold people for?

Since the beginning of law enforcement?

When is the last time you heard of a cop getting a DUI unless there is no other way around it?

Just google recent fires in Mosques and that explains their need for protection. There's been two in just Texas over the last month, and then that white non-Muslim guy shooting up the Quebec Mosque....

They are just practiceing both there first and secound amendment rights.

We might disagree with what they are protesting over but they do have freedom of speach, freedom of religion, freedom to protest (peacefully) and the right to bare arms.

Long as it is peaceful they have that right.

If they believe in religious freedom why don't they speak out about the oppression of other religions in their home countries and protest that as well?

Seeing as most will US be citizens there home country is the USA.

I am a Christian, but i am not responsible for what happens in rome.

Seeing liberals invoke the 2nd amendment to defend islamists would be hysterical were it not so tragic...

Regardless they do have that right.

It says "the right to bare arms shall not be infringed"
Does not give any exceptions to librals ect

Again the 1st does not have any exceptions or clauses.

It cleary states the government will make no law in regards to religion.

Jesus Christ dude...

While y'all were busy worshipping a magic moon god the high west was figuring out how to walk on it...

Newsflash: your calendar is terribly inaccurate but understandable considering the requisite societal IQ required to create a moon calendar is significantly lower than a solar one...

The high west is a land of light and ideals...where scientific pursuits long ago supplanted superstition and theocratic rule....

I think islam is a #ty religion too.

But Freedom of religion is a constitutional right whether you like it or not. There are no exception clauses.

I admit if i was in your place a bunch of armed muslims would make me very very nervous and uncomfortable..............but there is not anything you can do that wpuld be constitutional. Unfortunately as the saying goes "freedom isnt free", you got to take the good parts of freedom with the bad.

Yes they are doing something illegal they are Muslims in America. For many people including by the looks of it the person that started this thread that is enough to spread hate and fear.
