ok well in accordance with the popes wishes we`ll just build a little wall like the one he has, that should be cool with him.

Well if you time travel back to when that wall was built and is now of archaeological importance you probably could. You can't though so you can just act like a twelve year old instead if you want. Sheesh, grow up.

in 100 years our wall will have lots of cultural and other importance so so it will be cool with the popemeister then, and besides nobody is forcing him to live in that armed compound he could go live in Chicago if he really believes in bridges not walls, he`s the pope he can do whatever the F*%K he wants. He clearly enjoys the security of having a wall but he wants to deny that security to everyone else, bit of a hypocrite ain`t he?

No, not really, he's not a hypocrite. Your fence will be something that will be ridiculed for, well, that depends on what is actually built. The wall around the Vatican was built in different times when REAL invasion was an ever present risk. Since then it has a historical interest of its own. The fact that there are few buildings still standing from the same era in America seems to be giving some people a bit of an envy...... maybe grow up and realise the historical context?

I appreciate you probably can't do that - that's not really my problem, if you want to know whose it is, try looking in a mirror.
