I have to admit that I was tired of hearing her promote her book, ad nauseum, on her show and other FOX shows.

That was the deal. Turn rogue to try and appeal to the Progressive Liberals. Poor Meg wasnt doing too well with everyone else. The main reason she would be going to NBC. In my opinion , she started hatin on the general public for not buying her "book" . Perhaps Kelly looked at us as "deplorables" also.

You are right. It was getting really annoying how she was pushing her book.
It was not so much that she was doing it, but "how" she was doing it.
She would get all melodramatic, telling stories about her parents and childhood as if she is some kind of hero or had some kind of remarkable upbringing.
What makes her story better than anyone else's, that it is worth a book about herself?
It is total narcissistic vanity.

I think she is trying to keep up with O'Reilly, etc.
The difference is that their books are actually about topics that interest some people.

No doubt!

'course, I'm not telegenic enough, so I'd never make millions for bein' a glorified news reader. But if I could, I sure as Hell would.

Proof she was probably in kahootz with NBC in the Trump smear campaigns !!

NBC will probably hire Donna Brazile next. She fits their dysfunctional corporate culture as well.
