Now we have 2 organizations petitioning the courts for access to IRS material regarding the Clinton Foundation(s).

It has to do with CF tax exempt status and is a FOIA request.

Let's see how hard the CF fights this.

Bet there's a treasure trove of exposures in these documents.

Probably some conflicts of interest and some illegal activities as well.

Federal Court Asked To Order IRS To Disclose Clinton Foundation Tax-Exemption Docs

Attorneys for The Daily Caller News Foundation and Cause of Action Institute jointly asked a federal judge Thursday to order the IRS to comply with the Freedom of Information Act by providing copies of documents related to the tax agency’s decision to grant exempt status to the Clinton Foundation.

In a suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, TheDCNF and CofA asked that federal tax agency officials be ordered to produce “records relating to the Clinton Foundation’s application for tax-exempt status, materials relating to and submitted in support of that application, and any updates to the application and supporting materials.”

On a related note: It does appear that there is an ongoing IRS investigtation
into the Clinton Foundation! Add that to all of the others!

The Dallas IRS Office That's Quietly Determining the Fate of the Clinton Foundation

In Washington, D.C., many things start with words printed on congressional letterhead. Earlier this year, 64 GOP members of Congress asked the IRS to investigate why the foundation can keep its nonprofit status. The letter includes “media reports” claiming pay-to-play relationships between former President Bill Clinton, who received large speaking fees, and decisions made by Hillary Clinton to approve choices that benefited foundation donors. The sources of these reports range from The New York Times to hit-piece investigative books.

In July, the IRS sent letters back to the Congress informing members the review had begun. The letter also noted that the Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division (TE/GE) office in Dallas would be conducting the review.

IRS spokespeople in Dallas and Washington won’t say why the review is being conducted in Dallas. Spokespeople claim even this information would violate rules — Code 6103, staff make sure to cite — that stop them from discussing ongoing examinations. IRS officials declined to provide details about the Dallas office, including its size, or comment on the TE/GE work in general.

Thankfully, our country has been spared from these continuous Clinton
Scandals plaguing the highest office! Let them rot alone in their corruption,
far away from the business of taking care of America First!

I can't tell you how may times I've seen Capone brought up in relation to Hillary when people say she has never been indicted.

Those bean counters don't have a sense of humor nor any kind of compassion whatsoever.

What they do have is a stack of rules that could be used to climb on top of a building.

If the CF has run afoul the IRS regulations and tax law, well...there's not much that could be done there except to face the music.

The way this is unfolding, it seems that the investigation launched
by congressional inquiry is providing the opportunity for the FOIA,
so it seems?

This is all excellent news!

The FOIA lawsuits are not going away. These are civil cases and Judicial Watch has the funds to see it to the bitter end.
These cases normally get dropped due to lack of funding. Not this time. She is going to lose all of them. The first one is the hardest. After that the dam breaks. I assume she will settle out of court for the rest of them. If she doesn't she will be bankrupt in the next few years. And if Obama pardons her it does nothing. Pardons are for criminals. Does nothing for civil cases from my understanding.
