...have to eneter a number - can only use ats # code - but window says "this server can't get there" (or something like it...)

...is there a direct link to the color store where I can choose my color?

Try going to the store and click the button. When asked for the "color code" enter: ffffff

That is the code for white (to match your avatar) and should work fine. I just tested mine and there was no problem.
