Yeah that's hilarious...bankruptcy.....loss of jobs.

It happens all the time in the Hotel Industry, I worked for the Marriott for years and when a property was going South they took their name off it,they even sold Doral In Miami to Trump who picked up the pieces.

Everyone should be well aware by now corporate bankruptcy is not the same as personal. Trump doesn't lose in corporate bankruptcy like Hillary saying she was dead broke. And why would anyone want a business to fail in the US anyway. I hate Hillary but if she had a business that employed people in the US that would be awful if it folded. A lot of people lose their jobs. It shrinks the local economy, less taxes. Something we really can't afford right now is losing more jobs in the US. So now those people have to go find new jobs when most of them are likely already living paycheck to paycheck or close to it. Pretty sad to want any legit business to fail for political reasons or think it is funny IMO.

the condos failed cuz they were charging an insane 546 dollars a square foot, its why most are unsold.

in that price range once you get above 2 million dollars , its a bad investment cuz no one can afford them when you want to sell. those million dollar listings stay in the market like 2-4 years and 90 percent do not sell.

so buying those high priced properties in the first place as an investment is a bad one.

Yes he wrote off the taxes, what about the people that invested into a company that went bankrupt?

He lost other peoples money and is praised on redirecting the write offs for his own gain on taxes? How is this praiseworthy?

trump and his kids was managing it, unfortunately they ran the hotel so badly no one stayed there. they were the management in charge of running the hotel and bringing in clients.
