Two fingered salute

What does this symbol represent?
I noticed the gesture was returned by members of the Bush family and other people attending the recent inauguration both on stage and in the audience.

Could it be horned owl symbol?
And would that be related in some way to the happenings at Bohemian Grove?
Does anyone have other examples of this hand gesture in action?

The two fingered salute is called the 'Devils Salute'. The one with clinton I believe is the 'three horned god' salute. Gestures of the elite, or should i say, Illuminati!

I've seen Prince William do it as well.
