According to the documents, tech expert Bryan Pagliano revealed to FBI agents that one of his State Department colleagues told him "in late 2009 or early 2010" that Clinton's use of a private email address to handle her correspondence "may be a federal records retention issue."

In a separate conversation, Pagliano's IT colleague, whose identity is redacted in the documents, said that "he wouldn’t be surprised if classified information was being transmitted."

Pagliano said his colleague asked him to convey the concern to Clinton's inner circle.

When he did so, however, Pagliano said Mills shrugged off the warning, telling Pagliano that "former Secretary [sic] of State had done the same thing, [including] Colin Powell."
Top Clinton aide dismissed IT specialist's concerns about private email server

This article may not be earth-shattering information. It tells us what we already knew: there seems to be almost no concern for national security when it comes to emails.

What I want to stress is the emboldened sentence above. It reveals some very important things in my opinion.

1. The letter of the law isn't necessarily paid attention to in certain situations in the upper echelons of the U.S. government. Tradition may be more important than law.

2. If Clinton had been tried in a court of law over her email scandal, it's possible that others may have been on the hook for doing the same things she did. It's just more of a motive not to indict Clinton.

It shows they all knew exactly what what was going on.

Intent doesn't even come into this any more, The FBI telling you this was decided on intent is a beautiful trick.

With the news about the multiple immunity agreements handed out by the FBI to Clinton aides, as well as the FBI stalling and stonewalling Congress when asked to provide documentation on the Clinton investigation.. singles out that the FBI were complicit in covering up the Clinton Crimes.

The FBI decided to ignore the fact that everyone in the Clinton network were aware classified emails were being sent via public domains, instead they focused on the fact that in the evidence/emails the Clinton's provided contained nothing that would implicate the Clinton's.

The FBI has someone in a senior position who's been bought or blackmailed by the Clinton's.

OR.... the whole point in releasing the emails was the point to release the emails. And the compromising ones (the ones actually compromising, not the ones most people think are... the ones which ended up getting redacted)....those ones were merely when they forgot to use encryption.

C'mon guys we aren't this dumb. The emails are part of the bigger scope. Who can just willy nilly hack the SoS and have no problem with it? it smells....

No offence intended, but why do you say this?
Do you believe that there's 'no story' regarding Hillary's server or emails?

No Clinton's supporters don't care, they have drowned on the Kool-aid and their walking stereotype of corruption can do no wrong.

Having Trump win will not be good for this country, but how anyone can support Clinton is mind bottling.

But I digress, if you or I had done what Clinton had done in regards to the email and server stuff, we would be locked away forever and never heard from again.

Except there was no law against it at the time. Why does the right continue to pretend that there was? And it turned out hahaha that the state depts server got hacked while Hillary's was not. Sooooooo when we say unsecured server do we mean one that can't get hacked? Because it sure seems that the supposed un secure one was, in realiity, more secure than the system the department was using.

The intent would have been intent to pass on classified information. The intent had to be intent to break the law.
They didn't set the server up to intentionally break the law.

It may have something to do with level of education .

And just think, Cheryl Mills could be White House Chief of Staff next year !!!

She has enough FBI immunity now to qualify hands down.

You are probably right, Clinton's supporters never let an opportunity pass by to display their lack of education.
