This topic makes me so happy to see. In a moment of uninhibitedness, I just wanted to say that. Every topic on the front page seems to either be about something horrible, or filled with anger and consternation which, while completely understandable and I respect it, saddens me... except this one. This one is just people telling each other they love one another and trying to support someone who needed it.

That's my favorite thing humans do, and wish it happened more often. That is all.

I started to draw a dragon for that ATS contest awhile ago (using Adobe Illustrator and my Wacom)... but I never finished it. And I probably never will. This dragon would've had wings and tons of scales and maybe even eyes and cool gems in hidden places and it would've been really, really cool with like some kind of crazy city skyline in the background. I might finish it one day actually now that I'm thinking about it, damnit. lol. It'll just take some time... and I'll be thinking of you when I work on it now, lol.

Anyway here it is, it's not much but it's a good start?

I too love these types of threads! People have been here for me before and I have been there for many others in our ATS family. That is one thing I absolutely love about this place, the people, their warmth and kindness that leaves a light shining for us in the darkness. Thanks for stopping by!

Thank you my dear friend! Yes, I'll take that hug! Hugs are healing. Hugs are good.

As for things calming, that may take some time yet. I have a cat scan with contrast dye on Monday and had bloodwork and a urine sample for the urologist. I see him again next month. In November, more bloodwork and a mammogram for my oncologist and in December my yearly physical.

The ride isn't over yet and at my age, there is always something. Can't we just float around in spirit form? These physical bodies suck, they don't work right. LOL
