Main stream media manipulating upvotes and downvotes on their website comments section

I've attached a screenshot showing that The Daily Mail, which has a popular comments section for each news article (if you can call them that), has been manipulating upvotes and downvotes for individual comments, having the impact of determining which posts are seen by the user and the social validation they come with.

The 2nd reply, which is by the original commenter, states that at that time 16 people had downvoted this comment. The comment after that is someone saying that The Daily Mail is manipulating the votes, and that the downvotes were as high as 18 then brought back down to 10. We can see this is true when we look at the downvotes when this screenshot was taken, 11.

Culture creators/ manipulators exercise lesser magic through media propaganda campaigns empowered by negative ritual events conducted on the world stage by the behind the scenes power elite in order to maintain control.

DailyMail was pro-Trump a few months ago; they'd upvote pro-Trump comments, post many pro-Trump stories which would show the "real Trump" (insider interviews from close friends saying he's a sweet heart he's not racist or sexist etc)

Now the DM must be receiving a big fat check from Team Hillary as there's been a paradigm shift: now there is more negative Trump stories and stories trying to discredit Wikileaks. The DM hasn't stooped as low as positive sHillary stories yet but the majority of DM readers are conservative skewed. Too much pro-Hillary too soon would cause too much of a stink.

Don't forget the free college. I guess the national debt is up to 19.5 trillion. Wonder what the interest on that loan runs?
