Rock Machine v. Hell's Angels Biker Wars were vicious. The Hell's Angels were absorbing other clubs but the Rock Machine resisted. They got together with the Montreal Mafia and The Bandido's. In typical Quebec fashion the general population, SQ and RCMP weren't too motivated to do anything until "civilians" got caught in the crossfire.

There were about ten bombings and a host of shootings but nothing really happened to stop it until a little boy was killed in a bombing and people had had enough.

Yes, they were out of control, the HA did mix it up with the Russian mob in B.C. ..the Russians cried uncle eventually but it was not as crazy the stuff back east.
The only terrorist problems in B.C. are either manufactured by the RCMP or they have floats(Sikh seperatists) in the annual Vaisakhi parade.

As for Trudeau..what should he do about a Canadian born white guy gone crazy..light his hair on fire, ban refugee's..give me a break OP, the problem was solved before it was a problem.

Honestly, Obama could have done so much with his opportunity. And he did mostly all the wrong things with it.

With the charisma he can turn on and his ability to make a speech when he wants ... he could have done so much to bring us all together. I weep for the lost opportunity.

Obama didn't have a shot at unity.

All through W's term, if you called the Sean Hannity show, if you referred to Bush you were only allowed to speak if you referred to him as President Bush, and Hannity made a huge deal out of always respecting the office. All through Obama's term, him and his callers have simply referred to him as Obama.

When people don't respect the office, you're not going to bring people together.
