Nothing. The US are the biggest backers of the criminal house of Saud. They've let every other hideous atrocity conducted against the US or their allies (many of which are still ongoing, Saudi-funded mosques that produce terrorists and all that jazz) by them slide, so this one will too.

It also gave the powers that be a convenient excuse to destablise and invade unfriendly middle eastern states and plunge the world into what seems to be perpetual warfare.

Have you actually read anything about the information presented in those 28 pages that many on ATS (like you, obviously) would indite the Saudi Royal family or its government................... but doesn't. It suggests individuals in the country of Saudi Arabia supported the terrorists, but no links to royal family or government.

Two "close friends" of a hijacker were paid tens of thousands of US dollars by a Saudi Prince and his wife. I'd say there were second or third hand links, no direct links, but not no links at all.

Fair point, but if that is true then it just shows someone had sympathies with 'the cause', rather than the royal family directly being involved on the whole. And let's face it, there are an awful lot of princes in Saudi Arabia.

Hopefully this new information going out to the public will open up new investigations. Hopefully it will get more people to look into the "official story" they told us about 9/11 and how it does not make sense.

Osama Bassman "there are already enough Muslims in the United States to destroy the United States and make it an Islamic state within ten to fifteen years."

I think your post needs repeating. Not quite the islamic state but it proves what we've all been saying. We being, you know, the bigots and racists 'n stuff.

Sympathies with the cause? They helped train and support terrorists to kill bystanders in another country. Helped kill 3000 + innocent individuals that had nothing to do with their idiotic cause. They were in the royal family.

The unclassified 28 pages of the 9/11 report reveal that the FBI and CIA had evidence connecting Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan, nicknamed Bandar Bush, to al-Qaida and men close to the 9/11 hijackers. The report shows that bin Sultan was most closely connected to Osama Bassnan, a suspected Saudi intelligence agent who was close to 9/11 hijackers. The report states that “[Bassnan] and his wife have received financial support from the Saudi Ambassador to the United States and his wife.” “According to the FBI, on May 14, 1998, Bassnan cashed a check from Bandar in the amount of $15,000.” The report found that Bassnan had been in contact with 9/11 hijackers Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi, and suspected Saudi intelligence agent and terrorist supporter Omar al-Bayoumi. FROM AROUND THE WEB Sponsored Links by “FBI files suggest that al-Bayoumi provided substantial assistance to hijackers Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi after they arrived in San Diego in February 2000,” the documents of the joint Senate and congressional report on 9/11 state. The report also says that al-Bayoumi had a received a monthly salary from a company the FBI believed “had ties to Usama Bin Laden and al-Qa’ida.” The report states Bassnan “made a comment that he did more than al-Bayoumi did for the hijackers.” Prince Bandar was the Saudi ambassador to the United States from 1983 to 2005. He is known for close relationships with Presidents Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George H.W Bush, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. Read more: dailycaller.com... z3
