Or, maybe this is just two different radical agendas. Maybe one that associates with Islam and one that associates with Christianity. A battle of religious extremists, who can prove their brand of 'we are the right religion' by the biggest body count.

Or perhaps this guy was a gay rights activist about to go shoot up a church?

Suuure, there is so much terrorist violence committed by the gays, right alongside the Buddhists and classical musicians!! Riiiight...
Religion = insanity!

Is there a conspiracy nationwide to murder members of the gay community?

Yes and no.

It IS a conspiracy....unless you believe in MONUMENTAL coincidence....

But I doubt the ultimate target really has anything to do with gays. My opinion is that this is exactly what it was PLANNED to look like, but the ultimate goal of this was something different.

Look, these TWO incidents weren't coincidence, meaning it was planned and coordinated. The targets chosen, in advanced, and planned. It would be too obvious if it was just random...needed a scapegoat target.

The real goal, I believe, was to trigger these individuals for an ulterior motive...the more far-reaching goal of disarmament. No doubt (for me) this attack will be used to first ban assault weapons (this time being successful), but then leading to more and more restriction, until ultimately, the 2nd amendment is overturned.

Not sure I disagree with assault weapons being banned...I mean these things are serious death dealers. I'm fearful though, of the slippery slope it will create going forward.

What is tannerite?

Tannerite is an explosive that requires a projectile fired into it to detonate.

ETA: Sorry, saw that this was answered already.

What do you have in this case? A man in a car , there were guns in his car and tannerite which is not even strong enough to wound. That's it. And you want a raging mob for this? You attempt to point out a injustice here because people are not calling for a lynching for this? You wonder why there is none?

yea, poor guy, just wanted to enjoy the parade. he's just misunderstood. whites dont commit terror attacks.

thorities in Santa Monica found possible explosives as well as a cache of weapons and ammunition Sunday in the car of a man who told them he planned to look for a friend at the L.A. Pride festival in West Hollywood, a law enforcement source said.

Because 'James Howell' with a car full of guns and ammo and from indiana is less a threat than a name like 'mohamad abarh' from afgan wirh guns and ammo

he'd have to confess and have 6 forms of ID, and a lie detector test for him to be culpable of anything.

if there was mention of a certain religion or ethnicity, the comments would be a lot different, no, even though the predicament would be the same? or am exaggerating...
yea...sure.

From what i seen the guy stated he was looking for a friend who was attending the gay pride parade correct?
So where did he say he was going to attack anyone? the Police are assuming here. Heres a thought. escort the man minus his car to the parade, and look for his friend to verify his alibi. IF he is not being truthful THEN charge him with a crime. What ever happenned to innocent until proven guilty?

Tannerite is a binary 'explosive' used in long distance target practice.

That goes puff to let a person know they hit it.

People can make the stuff at home if they wanted to.

He was on a year of probation for threatening his neighbor with a pistol.

(How that doesn't land you in jail is a problem only a state like Indiana could have)

no, theres no conspiracy. there are however a few bible verses and koran verses encouraging such. its no conspiracy, just brainwash by cults and cult leaders.

Point of order, there is no Bible verse commanding Christians to kill and/or punish gays.

Is this a joke?

"If a man sleeps with a man as with a woman, they have both committed a detestable thing. They must be put to death; their blood is on their own hands."

Leviticus 20:13

I suppose you're going to say that God will do it or it's the responsibility of someone else, but their blood is on their own hands and They MUST be put to death so...

No, it's actually the truth, if you actually take time to read the passage in context.

www.creationliberty.com...

And the LORD called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them,
Leviticus 1:1-2

The commandment of Leviticus 20:13 to punish homosexuals is not applicable to Christians because it was not given to Christians. That commandment is not applicable to Americans because it was not given to Americans. (etc, etc) This seems like a simple concept, and some people may wonder why I have to explain such a simplistic notion, but because the scoffers do not read the Bible, and remain willfully ignorant of what it says, they must have these simple concepts explained to them that we normally learn in children's Sunday school.

Further...

Not only were the commandments to punish sin given to the children of Israel, and not to the Christians, but the punishment for homosexual sin (as well as all others) was taken on the cross by our Lord Jesus Christ. Today, those who accept Christ can be forgiven their sins and have their penalty paid for by another, or they can choose to reject Him and will have to pay the eternal penalty themselves.

So as I was saying, there is no Bible verse commanding Christians to kill and/or punish gays.

Guys, seriously...This dude is lower than scum. Glad he's off the streets. He was a child molester on the run, intent on doing more harm to others.

James Howell charged with child molestation in Indiana

It still isn't clear what James Howell was doing en route to an LA Pride event with weapons and explosives in his car—police say he had no connection to the Orlando shooting—but we now know more about him: The 20-year-old Indiana man was charged with child molestation Wednesday after allegedly having sex with a 12-year-old girl on May 31. A Clark County prosecutor—who plans to have Howell extradited back to Indiana—tells the APthat Howell and the girl's brother are members of the same car club and that the girl attended a car event with Howell. Afterward, Howell offered to drive the girl to the home of a family friend but first stopped at a forested area, where Howell molested her, the prosecutor says. The girl's mom went to police two days later and Howell was interviewed on June 7.

Not all Christians are true Scotsmen, though.

Also, by what you're saying, should we not allow Jews to kill homosexuals?

That does not change the truth that the Bible does not command Christians to kill/punish gays. They are not acting on the word of God.

That's why I added "the punishment for homosexual sin (as well as all others) was taken on the cross by our Lord Jesus Christ." Christ paid for all our sins, no one should be punished by mortal men for their sins. God will judge us all in the afterlife.

(Also, there aren't any 100% pure blood israelites from the original nomadic tribes. And even if there were, no we wouldn't 'allow' it any more than we 'allow' muslims to kill gays.)
