We can see how the far left is using violence and intimidation to attempt to enforce their demands on others. They are uneducated and brainwashed, which is a shame since we live in a privileged time where up to date education is easily available for free.

I agree that MSNBC was never really ' leftist'. Never progressive. Just a liberal leaning propaganda machine to balance out the more conservative leaning machine. The only real 'leftist' media outlets I have found are listener sponsered outlets such as Pacifica Radio and Link TV.

I always had to smirk at conservative who constantly threw up the MSNBC programming as progressive. It always demonstrated that these folks never really had any clue as to 'real' progressive media. Only what the likes of Fox told them was liberal.

Agreed. MSNBC was, essentially, the 'liberal" response to Fox, since they were created pretty much at the same time.

Murdock had the better business model, and here we are.

Exactly and because they claim and think that they have some moral high ground which btw is all based on pretend and pretense they feel it is ok and justified. They are so blinded by their believe that what they do is right and everyone else 100% wrong that they don't even consider themselves to be hateful and violent while to the rest of the world and all the sane people in it it is quite evident that they are just that.

That's exactly what the right also does.

It's what most people, who are so consumed with a very narrow ideological belief, do. It fuels extremists and extremist beliefs and behavior: right, left, christian, muslim, etc. The hard core right wing is just a narrow-minded extremist cult, as is the loony left, the crazy Christians, the fanatical muslims, and etc.

When will people wake up?

I don't watch TV and could care less. I do enjoy Rachael Maddow's snippets I catch online from time to time, but that's about it.

No, the parties are clearly moving to the right. Trump does not represent the GOP and that's obvious because they all hate him. The DNC LOVES Clinton who is about as conservative as they come. At the end of the day, they're all full of spit parading around as one or the other but they all are bought and paid for.

I like the monotone on NPR, it's calming. Politics are best when the announcers don't get hyped up and lead the listener into an emotionally charged state of mind.

This is a broad generalization. There are among people considered "leftist' some who are ruled by cheap emotion just as there are people considered 'rightist' who also are ruled by cheap emotion. To say that the left wing is assulting Trump 'en masse' is to simplistic. Stick with it if you want, but to some of us the picture is much larger and much more complicated than that statement allows.
