It has been announced that English Fiddler Dave Swarbrick of the band Fairport Convention has passed away age 75. He hab been ill for sometime.
His contribution to electric folk rock was legendary. He will be sorely missed.

R.I.P. Dave. Keep on fiddling up there.

I'm so sorry that Dave Swarbrick had to die for me to know about him and his wonderful talents. What an incredible skill and touch and ...... spirit .... was in his music.
