I did the tour at Edwards a few years back, It was outstanding I highly recommend it. You need to fill a form out and send it in well in advance its even free

On the ground, those things leak everything. When they get to altitude, the pressure differential seals everything up. That's what I was told by fellas who maintained them when I was in the Air Farce ansyway.

I saw one of those during my enlistment. It landed at the base, was promptly encircled by a half dozen jeeps, and escorted into a hanger and they shut the doors. An hour or so later the doors opened, the parade came back out, and the Blackbird flew away into the setting of the sun. Very cool plane.
