Judicial Watch Seeks Hillary Clinton Testimony

One of Hillary Clinton's biggest p.i.t.a. organizations is petitioning the courts for direct testimony from Hillary and more records.

Judicial Watch is going full steam ahead with their quest for answers ahead of official government authorities.

They're after a few other Hillary connected people too.

In addition to standard FOIA requests, JD is asking for searches of offices, general policies of government agencies, and other related documents apparently not released.

This will be good.

Looks like the courts might actually side with JD on this.

Judicial Watch Seeks Hillary Clinton Testimony

Judicial Watch announced today that it has filed a proposed order for discovery with a federal court that seeks the testimony of Hillary Clinton about her use of non-state.gov email account(s) for official State Department business. Judicial Watch’s discovery plan also seeks the testimony of Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s former chief of staff; and Jacob “Jake” Sullivan, former senior advisor and deputy chief of staff, as well as other current and former State Department officials. Judicial Watch proposes the testimony take place over 12 weeks.

Today’s filing comes in a July 2014 Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit seeking records and communications in the Secretary’s Office related to the since discredited talking points used by then-U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice to describe the nature of the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attack (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)).

I don't think she has ever mentioned them?

That must mean she is trembling and scared.

I have a question here ... cause I sorta-kinda forgot.

Didn't Hillary say she turned over all of her State Department e-mail when she left office? Just deleted the 'private' ones?

Does anyone know if the "classified" e-mails were turned over 'willingly'? Or were they fished off the erased hard drives of her private server?

Back in Slick willie's Presendecy and Monica Lewinsky investigation, his lies to investigators was discovered by JD and lead to the conviction on perjury...he returned his lawyer credentials.

So they go way back since 1990's.
They fear Rush Limbaugh and JD.

If Judicial Watch spent 1/10 the amount of effort trying to cure cancer that they spend attacking Obama and Clinton the disease would have been cured in Jan 2008.

Well that question answers itself with Hillary Rodham Clinton. And that's not the worst part, the worst part is she has many equals.

It's the ultimate money/power game of who can gain the most. It isn't any wonder why they are all lawyers. They need to know the rules so they can know how to twist them, slide around them, use them to their advantage and change them to their advantage when they can get away with it.

In the summer of 2014, lawyers from the State Department noticed a number of emails from Clinton's personal account, while reviewing documents requested by the House Select Committee on Benghazi. A request by the State Department for additional emails led to negotiations with her lawyers and advisors. In October, the State Department sent letters to Clinton and all previous Secretaries of State back to Madeleine Albright requesting emails and documents related to their work while in office. In December, more than 50,000 printed pages of emails from Clinton's personal email account were delivered to the State Department, and the State Department subsequently transferred the Benghazi-related emails to the committee.

She turned them over to the SD in Dec 2014, long after she left office.
