I don't know much about this. In the vid everything the locals throw into the hole is spat out high into the air.

Possibly something man made, maybe a movie prop?

Maybe the MSM will pick this up and pay a visit.

That is some serious pressure firing out those objects, I thought maybe natural gas but if that amount of gas was escaping the thing would explode.

That would be a sand geyser, if I am not mistaken.

A Sand Geyser or Sand Fountain is a geologic phenomena which occurs in association with earthquakes and other seismic events. In the geologic record, these are seen as clastic dikes

en.wikipedia.org...

Didn't the same thing occur in 2006, in Saudi Arabia?

Is that the kingdom of Suds? Then thats probably a natural gas well, it leaks but builds pressure when covering it up. Then, poof…

No smoking guys…

From the pipes in the video, looks like an oil well dig and they've ruptured a gas pocket!

I suppose it could be a gas line as well, as draco said, but I like the idea of it being a natural phenomenon.

The force is not continuous as you would expect if it was gas escaping note the objects and sand is dumped into the hole and it is then forced out after a short pause.

It's just a plain old gopher. He is a little bigger than normal though. Maybe they did some nuclear testing there during the coldwar.
