UPDATE

In an interesting twist, only one of the hucksters will be facing a grand jury regarding a civil violation of disorderly conduct, though grand jury exposure for violations is unusual itself. Carl Lanzisera, the other arrestee, has been subpoenaed to testify against his friend.
