Almost every time the government is asked for or about to be asked for documents they disappear under mysterious circumstances.....are the people of flint supposed to believe that someone broke in stole a TV and not the cord.
Then just threw a bunch of papers around?
If they believe that then they must believe that the water is safe to drink.
