I also am computer illiterate and have similar difficulties
what I do is bookmark the site, then go to bookmark, hit right key on IBM, hit copy, then return to ATS and hit paste in my post
I am positive there is a better and more expediant way, when I discover it I shall pass it on.
I am not ashamed to be technologically disadvantaged, I more than make up for it in age and wisdom.
