I can see why he would not fight extradition. I bet a US prison would be more pleasant that a Romanian prison, especially if you have made an enemy of the chief of the intelligence service there.

The question I would wonder about is why did Romania change their minds about extradition?
I say they got something in exchange. Who knows what it might have been? But I wonder if this might be the instance where Obama is sliding the proverbial knife into Hillary's back?

He had secret info involving humint assets in Libya that he was feeding to Hillary. I think he might be indicted himself..... Except if he might have some interesting information to offer investigators that they don't already know about.

Were I the Rumanian Government I would refuse to turn over my best hacker to the USA and I would keep them working for my government.

Why should we turn over people who expose corruption at the highest level for them to simply be killed - which inevitably will happen - or Guccifer will be used to hack the rest of the world for the likes of hilary. God help the world if she gets in because nothing will change for the better only for the elite.

This person is not subject to US Law.

This person has no reason to even know US Law.

This person is not a US citizen.
