Obama to visit Baltimore mosque in show of unity

So, another awesome contribution by our POTUS, to yet another 'faith' - the article goes on to say that he is going to work with Muslims to counter Islamic extremism at home and abroad. Is he just reaching at this point, or is he genuine concerned? Me thinks it is just a poorly conjured publicity stunt....

I find it interesting how he singles out just the Muslims - isn't he himself 'Muslim"? Maybe he has converted to Jewish faith... ?

"I, too, am a Jew" in a sign of Christian solidarity with the Jewish people. Thursday, he'll speak at the National Prayer Breakfast, a largely Christian annual gathering in Washington.

So, this is the first visit to a Muslim Mosque apparently it is said to have links to Terrorists.

And while Obama will discuss ways the government can work with Muslims to counter Islamic extremism at home and abroad, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said Tuesday that the president sees the contributions of Muslim Americans in a much broader context.

"I also don't want to leave you with the impression that the president’s remarks at the mosque are going to be focused on national security," he said. "I think the President is quite interested in making sure that we're affirming the important role that Muslims play in our diverse American society, and certainly affirming their right to worship God in a way that's consistent with their heritage. And they shouldn’t be subject to ridicule or targeting by anybody, let alone somebody who aspires to leading the country."

Those comments — and, likely, Obama's noontime speech at the Islamic Society of Baltimore Wednesday, continue a not-so-veiled White House campaign to rebuff the campaign rhetoric of Donald Trump, whose second-place showing in the GOP presidential nomination is fueled largely by promises to conduct surveillance on mosques and ban Muslims from entering the United States.

You find it odd that he singles out the Muslims, and you deduce that he may be Muslim as a result?

Really?

If there was widespread Christian terrorism and a Christian State marching around the ME then perhaps he would have visted a church.

This is the clearest example of you letting the narrative lead the situation.

actually its ismal's fault isis was created

good for him, the only way to make a philosophy benign is to secularize it. even nazism survived war, even if we killed all the muslims tomorrow, the philosophy will survive. our best shot is to make it embarrassing to believe so that no one takes it seriously, like christianity or judaism.
