Hillary Clinton has earned at least one delegate in Iowa entirely by chance. When Des Moines Precinct 70 was split 61-61 between Bernie Sanders and Clinton, the winner was decided by a random coin toss because that's how they get the job done in Iowa:
theweek.com...

2 faced coin I bet.

Heh, it's funny to see the righties slobbering over Bernie knocking Hillary down... for an exected easy win by whoever crawls outta the GOP slap fest... can't say I blame you guys.

But just remember how that worked out 8 years ago bwa-ha-ha...

But, either way.. .can anyone believe Sanders' rise? This is the oddest political race I can remember... things must be pretty bad out there. Excuse me as I have to feed the monkeys that flew outta my rear end.

Pundit Press Projection: Sanders to Win Iowa

Reviewing the figures of the counties remaining to be counted, it appears that Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders will narrowly eke out Hillary Clinton at tonight's Iowa caucuses. The precincts left to be counted seem to heavily favor Sanders and offer him victory tonight.

As of 11:06 there are just 9.6% of caucuses left to be counted, with Sanders behind by 0.2%. The counties still out for the count appear to be heavily assisting Sanders, with his total to soon overtake Clinton's.

It's quite possible. While Polk county is heavy for Hillary and there are few more precincts to be counted, the areas where ISU and UNI are located is big on Bernie and have yet to report.

Linn county (Cedar Rapids) is another big one with large uncounted areas.. So far it is trending heavily toward Sanders.

Have any networks already called Hillary the winner?
FOX still says 'too close to call'.

Haha wait, they skipped 666!

Anyone have any idea what this "shrouded" number count equals?
Watching C Span they said the Dem number is not actual votes,
but some Democrat equation.

???

That is true.

Hillary was relying heavily on the Des Moines liberals to pull her through this caucus and Bernie spread himself out a bit more for the exposure.

I sure hope he can pull this victory out of his hat.

Hillary needs to be put in her place.

Well give a round of applause for Sanders and win or lose tonight he's already won proving how electable he really is. And this is just the beginning of his crusade, next stop, Victoryville.

Why do I feel like this just means that the next Republican debate is going unearth some serious McCarthy-style Bernie bashing.

They've been ignoring him for Hillary, but no more.

"He's a commie spy!"

It's about to get crazy.

When you consider how much the media scrambled to support Hillary while also ignoring or slandering Sanders. Plus the fact that until this year almost nobody had even heard of him. Plus him being a self identified Socialist and having a platform of Going after the wealthy establishment. While even people who like and support him said he wasn't a real contender.

I'd say this man deserves a tip of the hat tonight for showing what an honest man running an honest campaign can accomplish against such odds.

Give em hell Bernie!!!

All you Sanders supporters should also be proud tonight as well. Power to the People!!
