Jeff Weaver, a campaign manager for Sanders, publicly accused the Democratic party of "sabotage" the next day, and Bernie 2016 slapped the DNC with a federal complaint Friday afternoon.

On Monday, the Sanders campaign pushed for the audit to probe all glitches in the NGP VAN database, and called upon Clinton to support that extension.

"As the Clinton campaign knows, this is not the first firewall failure at the DNC," Sanders' campaign spokesman Michael Briggs said at the time. "There was at least one other failure two months ago that we discovered and reported. Failures like these open the possibility for data access by any campaign."

Clinton's press secretary Brian Fallon then told MSNBC that only the Sanders team required investigation.

"Unequivocally, our campaign has never laid eyes on any data relating to the Sanders campaign," Fallon told the network. "We've never done that to them, and they need to stop spreading this innuendo to try to make it seem like everybody's doing this."

That pesky firewall the has come down at least twice which allowed Sander's camp to see Clinton's voter information but also allowed everyone to view everyone else's information will result in an audit but only one audit, Sander's. Clinton's people say they will not be audited and I believe them! And that's because the DNC chairwoman has a solid history with Clinton and is clearly pulling out all the stops to support her while trying to bury Sander's. Also, the data base vendor with the awful name NGP VAN has a history with Clinton who I'm sure would make Clinton look squeaky clean even if she agreed to audited.

Sander's has been nothing but up front about this entire affair and continues to show he has nothing to hide by asking to be audited, what is Clinton hiding?

Dirty politics at its finest!

The big question is why the "other" campaign(s) were snooping to begin with.

I bet Hillary had somebody planning the whole thing start to finish.

A perfect deep-sea fishing expedition.

Hillary must be furious being forced to battle an honest opponent that doesn't try to bury mistakes. She fears what she doesn't understand.

I am not a Sanders fan (mainly on domestic / economic policy) but at least he appears to have principles and is consistent with those principles. He is 100 times more trustworthy than Hillary.

I wish the everyone would vote for their nominee based on principles and issues instead of some popularity contest and one liners.

If you do not think that the person who 'breached' the data was not a Clinton plant then you do not know how dirty politics are. There is no need for Bernie to get this information because he is not running a campaign completely opposite from Clinton's. She is giving money to the DNC so I look at that as a bribe and a payment for this.

Bernie should file a complaint. Not that it will go anywhere but to at least let people know how she is working it...

My better half is a Bernie fan. She says a month or two ago she suddenly started getting a TON of unsolicited junk/spam emails from the Clinton campaign. She's never signed up, donated, or ever received anything from Clinton before. She thinks something's up. She has this conspiracy theory that Clinton stole some of Bernie's supporter information. I have no idea, I don't sign up/donate or any of that stuff.

Sanders should put out a reward for any info on how it happened and when someone from Clinton s campaign gets disappeared. ...well you know who was behind it all.

You know what's ironic, corruption has been so blatant in politics for such a long time now with nothing at all being done to stop it that everyone is just use to it and moves on. When is it gonna be time to get someone in office who will try to actually end this kind of crap? I'm sick of voting for the lesser of two evils! Sick of it! And that's why I'm voting Sander's.

Yeah I've had a small increase of DNC crap that's new to my inbox. Worst part of all there isn't the usual unscribe button making them super annoying.

The left is reaching....hard. The same with the right...it shows with where Bush is. In August he had about 10% and now he is around 3% and he has spent more PAC money than any other GOP candidate and more than Clinton.

Bernie is doomed. It is sad to say because I would LOVE to see a Bernie/Trump debate. It would be classic. He could use some more yiddish terms even.

This year will be the first year we see people crossing partisan lines more than in any other election. It will be very interesting to say the least.

As far as mailers/email....for some reason I have started to get Change.org as well as Clinton email donations solicitations and NO ONE in my family is on the left. I have started to wonder if these are part of the PPACA database or Obamacare. When we get a prescription now it is amazing the info they seem to have.

Interesting timing:

Anonymous, the hacktivist group that declared war on ISIS in the aftermath of the devastating Paris attacks, have announced their preferred candidate for the 2016 U.S. presidential race: Bernie Sanders. The endorsement takes the form of a list, which gives ten reasons to vote for the self-declared democratic socialist candidate. Anonymous cite Sanders’ support for a new Glass Steagall act, which would prevent commercial banks from participating in investment banking, and Sanders’ desire to break up the big banks. On the latter issue Sanders stands in stark contrast to Republican Donald Trump, who would allow the “too big to fail” banks to retain their massive size.

You got to love it when digital voting and hackers collide, remember Rove's tizzy fit? lol's

Then, following Obama’s win and Rove’s very public outburst, a group calling themselves “The Protectors,” believed to be comprised of Anonymous hackers, sent a letter to election transparency non-profit, Velvet Revolution, claiming to have thwarted attempts by GOP strategists to flip votes and rig the election in three swing states.

"Hes such an honest thief, he just has so much integrity" Is anyone even listening to themselves?

Sanders is being up front... About being a thief! Because he was caught!

Now, Clinton has a novel worth of illegal dirt to dig up. Could start with the arms-benghazi-cia covert op she was involved with if not heading, the emails she "lost", and take it back from there all the way to Mena, AR. Sanders is no Saint though. Hes exactly like Obama. Says one thing, does another, pushes nonsensical social engineering, and has no understanding of economics or even budgeting for, that matter. And hes a discovered thief now. His reaponse to getting caught is "everybody does it!" tyoical of a dishonest person in response to being caught.

Dont get me wrong, neocons are just as bad. Two of them were gung ho about starting ww3 in the debate. You know, the war where everyone dies, insane!

Clinton is as corrupt and deceptive as they come, no question, and seeing no need to be audited herself because we can trust her is hilarious Hilary!

Was it proven Clinton's data was downloaded and saved? I just don't see Sander's need for her voter data and it's not like he hacked into her data base because the stupid firewall just happen to randomly come down, again. And the Sander's camp even reported the wall being down in the past! They continue to be nothing but up front every step of the way, total transparency, so I don't see him using her voter data for his own devices, especially after asking to be audited!

I may have told this story before, but you wouldn't believe the info available on you in a government database. A few years ago I took a trip to LA and lost my wallet during the trip. When coming home, that meant I had to get on board my flight while having no ID whatsoever. When I explained what happened at the boarding gate they took me aside and a manager came out and asked me some questions. Basically, the questions were things like "which of these people did you most recently talk to?" and "This address is the home of which acquaintance of yours?" Years later I still don't understand how they had this information since at the time my cell phone wasn't tied to my name in any way (prepay, paid with cash) and I was on no social networks.

The bottom line is, it's probably not Obamacare, this information is just out there. To relate it back to the OP, someone with Hillary's connections is going to have a lot of access to these databases.

She's the wicked witch of the west and Bernie is the tornado that is about to drop the DNC house on her ass.

Then everyone will live happily ever after.

The End.

The ground work is being laid for Sanders to endorse Clinton as is the electoral plan. Since the US is lacking in privacy laws such a action could take place. Sanders is running to keep the left wing arm of the Democratic Party happy. Once his political advisers feel this has been accomplished his mission will have been accomplished.

One meme that is disturbing...is that of "If Bernie Sanders doesn't give a damn about Clinton's emails...you shouldn't either, voters."

If Sanders withdraws his lawsuit...and has already asked for her forgiveness...the meme will be compounded.

Well I guess all y'all are going to have a newer "bogeyman" here...

Sander's camp should be dissolved and some put in prison...for hacking the database server.

Seriously; as a Database administrator (software engineer) for some 40+ years...it is rather easy to see that Sander's has in fact hacked the DNC servers, and is now trying to make it look like he is a victim. when in fact Sanders is the perpetrator of a serious security breech...

What I find laughable is that most of 'all refuse to recognize this for what it really is...a crime against the people of America.

In the original story, which I'll confess I'm not following very close, it is said that a "firewall" was dropped and that allowed an accidental intrusion...BULLSH*T... Database servers have additional built in security which secures multiple accounts. It would necessarily be at this level where the data for each account is secured and where the breech occurred.

Only two ways for this to happen; the system was hacked, or, the username and password for the Clinton data (account) was leaked...either way it all falls on Sander's shoulders.

Right. Suuuuure.

Seriously, as a Geneticist (DNA experts for you laypeople) for some 50% years... It is rather easy to see that Sanders is in fact a modified type-3 humanoid, and is now trying to act as if he is actually a pureblooded human.

What I find laughable is that most 'yall refuse to recognise him for what he is... An imposter cloaked in manflesh.

In the original story, which I'll confess I'm not following very close, it is said that he was born to an ordinary mother, and that resulted in the man we know today... BULLSH*T... He was either created from scratch, or later modified. Type-3 humanoids all have the characteristic white hair and hunched back, and are known to display socialistic leanings later on in life. Sanders displays all such signs. The chances of an ordinary person appearing as Sanders does are as low of the chances are me being incorrect... Those are quite low chances.

Only two ways for this to happen; he's an imposter in human flesh, or, the poor man was later abducted and changed without his notice. Either way, it all points to the same conclusion: He's a phony.

Now, more seriously, is there literally anyone other than you claiming this? Even from the Clinton base? As I mentioned earlier, anyone who didn't like Sanders (like I dunno, ALL the establishment) would instantly be singing this to the high heavens. The man is asking for an independent audit, and if as you claim this is the only answer, that would seem to be an odd move.
Also, does your experience involve working on the specific software involved in the case, or do you have its exact specifications that make the claimed story impossible? If not, your opinion is as worthless as mine from a technological perspective. If I know all about one type of piano... Well, not all pianos are exactly the same.
Actually, I don't even know why I'm responding to this... It's obviously some sort of bait.
