Spiritual cleansing?

Recently a female friend of mine felt she made the mistake of becoming intimate with someone who lacks a great deal of morals. This is an issue in itself but she also felt like he may have infected her with his spiritual uncleanliness as a result of the intimacy.

I suggested she apply this energy cleansing tool I she had to her pelvis area overnight. She had her menses at the time when she applied this procedure. The result was quite surprising. Her blood came out black for a brief time. It has been verified that there is no apparent health concern so either it does happen from time to time normally or it's a mystery.

She has never had this occur before during her menses. But whether or not this was coincidental or not, in the subjective sense, she does feel spiritually cleansed & can put this bad experience behind her.
